With reference to the Learning Outcomes for the Unit write a summary or bullet point list of what you consider to be:
The key achievements of your work on the unit (maximum 100 words)
.This unit gave me alot of experience in handling several different workloads at once and prioritizing my schedule.
.I was able to take on several different rolls which was useful for expanding my skillset,
.I honestly feel that the unit was largely irrelevant with regards to encouraging an understanding of collaborative practice since it instead got in the way of actual studio work and stiffed any chance for spontaneous creative collaboration. in that regard the unit has taught me to avoid any officially sanctioned collaboration as it will most likely become a nuisance.
The most useful things that you learnt (maximum 100 words)
. I learned that you can blow an awful lot of money on a project that means very little to you in a very short amount of time for virtually no real reason, and that the larger a collaborative group ,the most likely it is that the initial inspiration for the idea will get lost and blunted and ultimately become a work far removed from its source of origin.
The issues that you found challenging and how you set about overcoming them (maximum 100words)
.Actually attending unit 5 was a challenge as i had other commitments, such as work and trying to get my own degree work done.I overcame this by changing my hours and putting my own work second to the unit as it seemed to demand attention , at the expense of my own studio practice.
List what you now consider to be the main areas for development that you intend to focus on in the next unit? (maximum 100 words)
.In my next unit i intend to continue developing my own practice. Unit.Unit 5 was irrelevant and has had no lasting impact on me, it has had no roll in helping me expand or develop my own work. I fully intend to continue as normal with my own ideas and will mostly likely ignore collaboration given the experience I have had with this unit.
